I got this part for my Hoover Wind Tunnel, model #UH71230. I followed a youtube video to make sure I installed this correctly--SUCCESS! Very proud of myself that I don't have to buy a whole new vacuum (so is my husband). Yay!!! Fortunately I had kept the vacuum owners manual so I could reference the correct part number to order. Bought this vacuum in October 2015, and this is January 2024.

I guess I should have known.... Others said the same thing but I saw other favourable reviews. Specific type and model number is listed and like the others said..... Too loose. The beater bar won't spin on carpet.... It kinda does on hard floor. Don't waste your money. Seems to be a common issue. Prolly better to just get a new vacuum. *Sigh
