Looked at several websites to find this elusive ground strap and Amazon had it! Great price just like the original. Good for another 17-1/2 years. Fit perfect.

Perfect replacement for hood static strap on 2006 Silverado 2500. Kept getting a different part number based on year & model search but the strap was too short at 15 in. Finally went to dealer to get this part number but they wanted twice the price because it'd be a special order from Tennessee. Half the price on Amazon and guess where this exact OEM part came from ... Memphis, TN.

Fit perfectly & easy to install from the hood to the bay. Length, size, & look is exactly like the original. Took about 5 minutes to unhook the old one & put this one on.Thank you!
