I watched a U- tube video on how to make lavender flowers for my nephews wedding, they are turning out beautiful, there is many uses for streamers but this is the color scheme he wanted, even though it takes time to make them it will help save him some money, because when you put wedding as your function the pricing of things seam to go up 600%. Nice crepe paper, not as elastic as other brands. Rolls are half the size of Walmart or Dollar general. But the color is vibrant.
