good quality - once you screw in the spindles, it firm and durable, not wobbly. Wood did not have any residue on it that would transfer to your food. easy to assemble and disassemble, which makes it easy to store. Comes in a nice size box that is perfect for storing it.

Wasn't sure if it would be big enough. Was surprised and happy it is. I only used half of it when I made my homemade pasta. It is so sturdy it did not tip over or even wobble when I only had pasta loaded on one side. Great product. Thank you!

This is actually the perfect size to do any pasta. It stands very tall you can assemble it very easily and then after you’re done, you wipe it down and you can take everything apart very easily, and just stored in the box that it came with it doesn’t get better than that.

Got this to go with a pasta maker and it's going to work very well. It's nice too that it doesn't have to stay up permanently and is super easy to pack away and reconstruct when needed.
