Configuration Instructions
Windows:
1.Right-click on the sound icon in the taskbar.
2.Select Playback or Recording devices.
3.Adjust the volume on the computer and in the application.
Mac: Go to System Preferences > Sound > C-Media USB Headset > Output or Input > Volume
Compatible with Windows 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP, Mac OS X 10.2 or above, Linux, and Google Chromebook, Windows Surface 3 pro.
Raspberry Pi and PS4/5 etc.
Note:
1.Not compatible with PS3! Not compatible with TV/car!
2.Do not work with work with headset with separated headphone and microphone 3.5mm audio port.
3.For some computers to select an audio output device, double-click the sound icon in the control panel,and then select USB audio device as the default device.
4. Please kindly note it only supports mono microphone TRRS, it does not support TS, TRS.Not compatible with PS3. For listening functions, this USB port is output, not input. Audio can only transfer from USB port to 3.5mm port.
5. Note: Microphone functionality of Apple EarPods Headphones with 3.5mm Plug is not supported.

I have mine plugged into a 3 monitor kvm switch and I thought I had an issue with videos and songs constantly being paused then played when using this device. I slightly unplugged my aux jack and it’s working perfectly fine. My aux jack that I’m plugging in has two green rings, so I don’t know if that matters but I know there are a few different types. The usb is fully plugged in.

Worked right out of the box, didnt even have to go into settings and select what audio output to use.

The 3.5mm port on my laptop began to act up, sometimes connecting, sometimes not. This jack adaptor is a great value that solves th problelm of a port going bad with time. It slips into one of the laptop's USB ports, enabling connection of external speakers, headsets, etc.

I bought this item to be able to connect my headset to my computer because the audio jack on my new computer doesn't make a dependable connection so that I can participate in zoom meetings. I borrowed a head set that has a usb connection which works great so I know the usb port is working ok. But both of the adaptors in the pack I ordered won't make a good connection and act like the wiring is loose or broken.

Just what I needed! I use it to connect my Bose desktop speakers to the USB port on my display so audio from either my MacBook or iPad (whichever is connected to the display via USB-C) works through the speakers.
