Great product. I am so glad I bought this. It worked and I was able to roast the tower in the oven. Came out perfect. Very moist. I used the longest skewer with 5.5 lbs of meat. Placed my rack in the lowest level and it fit perfectly in the oven. Easy to clean as well. Skewers also came with rubber tip covers for storage so you don’t stab your self.

The weight is perfect—strong enough not to buckle, but light enough not to make it too heavy to lift when it’s full of food. I’ve been using it (with the smallest spike) to help cook a small beef roast—-I love how brown and crispy it gets on all sides without needing to dirty a baking rack insert in a big roasting pan. In short, I’ve already found multiple uses for it, and am very glad I bought it. High quality item at a very pleasing price.

We tried to make Carnitas on a traditional rotisserie but the meat fell off. Bought this and it turned out great in the oven. Looking forward to trying it for other dishes.

Bought two of these to make shawarma on a grill. I made one chicken and one beef. Both pans did what they were supposed to. Held pile of meat and onions upright and I was able to baste every 10 to 15 minutes with the drippings in the pan. Wish my grill had a rotisserie burner would probably work even better. Pans cleaned easily with a Brillo pad. The handles were easy to hold with a hot pad of course. Overall great pan, just wish the base was a little wider for better stability when trimming the meat while on the skewer and holding more juice for basting.

This was a great tool to use for cooking some delicious marinated chicken. We made Gyros and use this to make the chicken, stacked on the spit, on the grill. It worked great and was super easy to put together and clean up afterwards. It also gave us a fun display and experience when eating with our family.
