These tremelo arms are exactly what you think they are, and the thread-size is correct for probably 99% of the strat-guitars out there. I bought a cheap-o strat copy online to practice "relic-ing" and it didn't have a vibrato arm, so I bought these and now have options for my new man-cave wall art, as well as my next strat-o-project :-) and yes... they are plenty sturdy and will totally work on a player guitar as well

The value and quality for tgese whammy bar amazing.My son was gifted a guitar and I noticed it was missing the whammy bar.I looked on amazon in a fit perfect. The metal does not bend on the wammy bars.Highly recommended.

They fit pretty loose in the bridge and swing around unless you tighten them all the way down or use some Teflon tape on the threads, but they work.

You never know when you're going to need an extra tremolo arm or two. Definitely worthwhile to have these and maybe a pack of the smaller ones on hand.
