EDIT: When the company saw my original review they reached out and offered a refund. I call that excellent customer service and have therefore upgraded my review from 2 to 4 stars.ORIGINAL: When installing the second clip, the screw threads stripped. And no, it was not over-tightened since was only holding the nut and tightening the screw with a phillips screwdriver. Not very happy because they are not easy to install. Added loctite and keeping fingers crossed.

It was fit perfectly on my HF 3/8 hook . Oem one was broken so I just try to find one fit on it . Is little tight. But is working.

Well made and worked out well. Shipping was fast also. Good product. Would be nice if the small screw was stainless steel only thing I would change. As lots of salt on our roads in the winter

no need to change the entire hook, just change the latch and it does the job.
