I need to get a certified technician to replace the whole valve —not just the handwheel. All OPDs have a triangle-shaped valve handle. If a tank does not have an OPD, it will not be refilled.

What you see is what you get. Slightly smaller diameter than the hand wheel I had on my previous tank. But it gives me more room for my fingers between it and the pressure regulator. Highly recommended.
