I read the reviews and wasn’t sure but I wanted a wide chair for me and my dog. I paid for assembly because the reviews said it was difficult. Assembly services were great and I couldn’t be happier with the chair. Solid and sturdy and comfortable. Glad I ordered and I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a number of the Patioroma pieces for my patio. The pieces arrived before estimated shipping date and came in a number of large boxes.If you like assembling IKEA furniture this is very similar. The pieces bolt together with a simple allen key wrench with around 8-10 bolts per piece of furniture. One suggestion, after putting together over 14 pieces, hand tighten all the bolts in the chair before you tighten them down. Because it is in multiple pieces, it's easier to line everything up while the bolts have a little play in them before tightening them down.The second suggestion. Get yourself a good allen key wrench, or a allen key for a ratchet wrench. It will speed up the process. The tool that is included is cheap and wears out after a bit of use. You end up stripping the bolts. I also took the included allen key and cut it with a hacksaw, making it a straight piece. I inserted the straight piece into a battery drill to quickly tighten the bolts (then I went in and hang tighten them up). It allowed me to cut down the installation time by a fraction of doing it by hand with the included tool.The included cushions (backs) tend to slide around a bit. I purchased outdoor velcro and am planning on installing it on the chair and cushions to hold them in place better.Overall, decent quality for the price. They transformed my patio into a resort style outdoor living space. I've had nothing but compliments from family and friends.

We bought this because we needed an extra chair. It's nice and deep and has high sides. It's very light so it's easy to move. We have no complaints about this chair at all. We got an elastic cushion cover on Amazon for $11 so very easy to match cushions.

The chair came and the holes didn’t lineup and after emails they graciously are replacing my chair without me having to send back the old one. Customer service has been nothing but very kind.

These chairs are great. Large and comfortable. The seller was fantastic, though. We had an issue with one of the chairs and they were probably the most responsible seller on Amazon that I have ever dealt with. They fixed the issue very quickly and we more than happy to do so. I would recommend these chairs if you want oversized sturdy outdoor furniture but I would recommend the merchant even more if you want excellent customer service.

I bought this along with a 5 piece set that it went with. Very good price and straightforward to put together. Highly recommend a drill for faster set up. Nice and sturdy and the material is nice. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is bc the cushions are not comfortable at all in my opinion so I want to purchase new ones. But overall very good for the price.
