Typical Chinese production quality. Holes were not centered for the bolts. They almost blew through the side it was so far off. It got the job done, but I don't expect it to last long.

I purchased this kit to be able to mount a universal catalytic on our vehicle without the need to cut the existing exhaust and have to permanently weld the converter in. Welded up beautifully and came with all the gaskets and hardware to complete the job without the slightest problem or leaks.
