This was one of many gifts that I bestowed upon my dear friend that recently retired. The colors and floral pattern fit her style well and the lovely quote was pretty perfect as a reminder for her in the beginning stages of retirement where the shift in lifestyle can be a bit difficult and depressing to navigate. She's a coffee and tea lover so this seemed a nice token amongst the several gifts I'd found to give her.This mug came in a great box to make it easy for gifting. The size was a bit larger and wider than I expected, in a good way. It felt very sturdy and like it wouldn't easily chip. Plenty of room to pour a decent size coffee or tea for one sitting.My giftee has commented on how great of a mug its been on numerous occasions.It would be great if this same mug style was offered with different designs. I'd love a set of these in plain colors, without writing.

I was hesitant to purchase this with the reviews on the typos but luckily my mug was perfect. No spelling errors and it is a heavy duty coffee mug which is nice. I purchased this for my nephews gf birthday -who is a hair dresser and think she will love this as it's so girly and pretty. The quality is great and the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the fact the font / writing should be darker so it stands out more as the design overwhelms the words. All in all a great buy and great gift!

I bought this mug for myself because I had a similar one from the same company that I used for many years at work. I used it for the first year that I was retired, but it broke when I dropped it. It was my favourite mug because it is very pretty and a nice big size. This one is my new favourite mug and hopefully it will last as long as the other one!
