I have an aluminum handicap ramp and cannot use rock salt. There is a salt shortage in my area and all the local stores were sold out. This was pretty pricey, but I urgently needed it. To top it all off UPS misdelivered it to my neighbor in front of my home. Being handicap I had to trek through snow and ice to retrieve a 20lb bag from my neighbor's front porch. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the mis delivery and the price. Otherwise, I am very happy to have it and would highly recommend to anyone. Next year I am stocking up ahead of time!

It does a great job. I also used it to pretreat the driveway and hardly any snow accumulated. It is safe for pets and doesn’t burn their paws like others do .

This product is good. Works as advertised and seems like a decent value. That's until the other day I was wondering around Costco and stumbled upon a 50lb bag of deicer for $14.99. Good luck beating that value!The only advantage to this one is it delivered to your door...

This item works wonders for my driveway and walkways. My pups are happy and thankful for this product. It is a bit pricey hence the 4 start rating.
