Gets the job done in a pinch, but with some major quality issues. Number one: the metal piece holding the wheels is a screw, not a smooth metal cylinder. This causes the wheels to get caught and drag across the skin. This can definitely cut if you aren't going slow and using light pressure. Secondly, my wheel arrived with imperfect spikes that went bent at the tip. Not what I wanted from my wheel.

This product is dangerous and should be removed from Amazon. Every pin on every wheel is bent, burred, and/or barbed. Additionally, the bar that the wheels spin on is not smooth, it is a threaded bolt. This makes the wheels catch and drag instead of roll, which can badly scratch the skin at any pressure. This is nowhere near the quality of a medical device. Stay away.
