Pearhead's adorable, do-it-yourself keepsake is easy to use and 100% baby safe. The classic gray baby prints tin comes with a package of clay, rolling pin, and easel to display once you're finished. Everything is stored inside this precious gray tin, making this the perfect gift for baby or creative gift for a baby shower! Best of all, the clay requires no mixing or baking! Simply knead the clay and roll it out on a piece of foil (not included). New parents will enjoy creating a keepsake of baby's handprint or baby's footprint.
Press baby's hand or foot in the clay gently but hard enough to create an impression. If you make a mistake- no problem! You can redo it as many times as you need until you get the perfect impression. Once finished making the print, use the tin to create a circle around your baby's print and remove the excess clay. Let dry for 1-2 days outside of the tin. Once the clay is completely dry, place the clay back inside the tin for safe keeping. My dog was diagnosed with cancer around May of this year. We went ahead and got her pawprint right after diagnosis. I am very happy I did it while she was still living, the clay print that the pet cemetery sent is just sad for me to look at. I put this one in a frame with her picture and an ink print we took around the same time. She was with us another 5 months.

Takes the most detailed prints out of any kit I have used. Very easy and even some with display stand. Would purchase again. Has odd smell and texture but smell fades over time. Blessed I bought this because I lost my beloved dog not long after.

Its good product bt, u should keep the impression with ur maximum strength. Otherwise u ll loose the original print, the clay is loosening slowly after a while. I tried to take impression again and again, bt as it takes time to dry, clay is loosening then and then. So i couldn't get good footprint of my infant. That's the main drawback.
