This laptop charging cart arrived not assembled in a box of all the metal parts (top, bottom, left, right sides; internal cable management back frame, the two storage shelves, the two x 12 power strips, etc). Before I get to issues/problems I’ve encountered, I’ll pay a few compliments about this cart:The final product does the job - it’s just tough getting there! The cart looks good.Issue #1 - I think I ended up have to bend and straighten at least 4-5 metal parts out of bent/damaged condition they arrived out-of-the-box.Issue #2 - there were instance where the holes in parts of frame where components (the piano-style hinges on the 4 doors, the cable management back frame) were incredibly small, poorly machined making the mounting & securing with machine screws really difficult.Hint: use a power drill to slightly enlarge these mounting holes.Issue #3 - the installation guide was graphical only, no written info on installing tricky sections (doors, top panel labeled as “A”).Issue #4 - there are no simple “exit” holes for the power cables in the side panels, only through a complex path through the bottom panel, moving the cart is a challenge with power cables getting in the way of the wheels.Issue #5 - there is no power strip cable management on the exterior of the cart - no way to wrap excess cable - I’ll have to devise something myself on the either or both sides. See #4 about rolling the cart wheels over the power cables.Issue #6 - the storage shelves are only supported by small, metal brackets that simply clip-in the rear frame of the cart. There are no machine screws securing each shelf to the side panels in addition to the metal support brackets.Issue #7 - I thought the Amazon listing stated that 14-15” laptops were supported - the few 15” laptops a put in the cart for charging aren’t well supported on the shelves.Issue #8 - the images in the Amazon product page seems to show a channel off the back of rack cable management back frame with enough space for laptop power adapters to rest. This is not the case - I’ll have to devise another solution. This really doesn’t help with keeping a tidy, well-managed cart that is easy for users to extract a laptop and power adapter.Issue #9 - the power strips attachment to rear of cart frame: this was a pretty awkward installation process to get the power strips secured. Hint: do the bottom bracket first then attach to the top bracket to mount each strip.I reviewed so many different carts and thought this cart came mostly assembled (just had to attach wheels and handle) when I decided to order it.I wouldn’t order this cart again for the difficulty in putting it together, damaged parts that don’t appear to have been damaged in shipping but we’re sent out from the vendor, lacking components that would seem to be a basic necessity for a functional charging cart, poor and unclear instructions.

Though came late than expected but it is a good laptop storage. The only thing I don't like is the power plug which is not compatible with my region. Aside that, every other thing is perfect.

Like other reviews. Arrived with 1 panel bent on edge and scratches on 1 of the locking doors. Other panels have packing material stuck to pad glue. Scuffs on 2 panels. Absolutely need 2 people to put this together. Some screws nearly impossible to access unless you have a screw holding screwdriver. Took 3.5 hours to assemble. Picture instructions are NOT super detailed, causing rework. But it works.

When it arrived, the box was nearly destroyed. Once inside the box, there were dents, scratches and/or bent metal on nearly every piece. The shelves have a rubber mat on them that is great; however, the glue holding the mats down were not holding, and they easily could be pulled away from the metal. We decided to put it together and found there were a few screws missing; and after assembly, the doors needed a little extra push in order to shut them. It would be a good cabinet with the ventilation, strong casing, and easily managed shelving system. It is functional, but certainly not pretty anymore.

I bought 2 of these carts. Once came with some slight damage but I was able to make it work. Cart seems sturdy and roomy which is a big plus. Assembly was grueling and one screw was stripped and would not go in all the way but I can't find any information on how to contact Pearington to get a replacement screw. It seems like a fly by night operation using Amazon to peddle its wares. I sure hope I don't have any more issues with these carts.

TERRIBLE. This undamaged box had SO much damage inside. We could hardly put the thing together. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and condition. Please note, damage is BEFORE we even started trying to put things together--screws weren't even cut all the way and we weren't able to use several. After reading the other reviews, I would suggest you to proceed with caution.

I would’ve given a higher rating if the directions had been better. This is definitely a 2 person assembly job as long as one of those people can decipher the terrible directions provided. The diagrams have little to no explanation to go with them, so it’s difficult to tell which way pieces should face. This results in a lot of redoing as you go. Instructions recommend a screwdriver, but you’ll also want a drill and ratchet set to tighten everything properly that can’t be done by hand. It took roughly 3 hours to assemble. As far as quality and sturdiness it’s not any better worse than higher priced ones I’ve used before.

Cabinet will not roll because it has no wheels, doors don't function properly as they were dented unable to open or close in manner for which they were designed. The picture is much better than the product.
