I bought these pads to clean old photographic slides that were damaged by water and mold. I actually cut each pad into 6 smaller squares, and they are working great to gently clean the slides without scratching.

I had a major problem with Zeus, my Epson 9900 large format printer. It was spewing globs of black sewage all over my prints. I knew a major cleaning was in order. These are the perfect tool for cleaning the heads. Spread them out under the head path, soaked in Windex and scrub the heads clean with them. It was an annoying project made much easier by having the correct tools and supplies.

There are an _awful_ lot of products advertised as "lens paper" or "lens cloth" and they are death for your lenses or scanner surface or monitor. A huge percentage of paper can scratch glass. Pec-Pad is safe. I've been using them for about 15 years.That said, the price here is absurd. You can get them for 33% to 40% less from specialty photography stores (especially two in Manhattan). Currently, Amazon is shipping a 3rd party's stock. Amazon shipment is fine. No problem. But the 3rd party is probably buying them in NYC and then gouging on the price.

This has worked very well for my application, which is cleaning the screens and mirrors of SLA Resin 3D Printers. No streaks, no lint, no fibers or scratching. Will buy again.

These were recommended to me and I am not disappointed. So nice to wipe my lens and not have to blow off any lint left by cloths.
