I play DIY twin pedals (see offset middle pedals), and I built mine using Tama Dyna-Sync, which have narrow footplates and are very light. The rubber on the underside is useless, and I have been struggling with pedal creep until I got the Pedal Blocks. They are PERFECT.

These don't work on regular carpets. However, once you get them on the right surface, they seriously stick. I tend to kick pretty hard, and I've never had one of these even budge. Works like a champ on my Road Warrior drum rug.I've been using the bass drum version of these things for months and have played a couple of gigs with it. I've never had any problems. I wish I had ordered these sooner, as once I got my left bass drum pedal fully, and solidly anchored, fast heel-toe stuff became much easier. I should have picked up something like these years ago.

After years of frustration of my left pedal on my double kick moving around, I ran across Pedal Block. My woes are no more! I use it every single gig. I use a Crash Pad rug for local shows to keep my kick in place, but on flight gigs, the rug is too bulky so I bring the Kick Block and Pedal Block - they both fit in my carry on and back pack easily! I have multiple of both. Our nonprofit does annual events using my three drum kits so I have enough for all three! GAME CHANGER!

This little device is truly a good buy. It's not big, bulky, and cumbersome where it consumes valuable floor space. Rather, it fits nicely where it needs to and keeps my pedals in place just fine. 😃

I had the original kick block for a while before deciding to get these. I have yet to find a carpet they don’t VIOLENTLY stick to. You really have to pull that MF’er to get it off so make sure you brace the rug around it or it will try to come with the blocks. Stickers don’t really adhere to the foam material. But if you don’t like the logos you can rub them off with a rag and some friction. It will remove a minuscule amount of the foam, but it’s better than bright white logos (sorry kickblock 🤷â€â™‚ï¸)

It works as advertised and does not budge when seated on a rug, even on a cheap kitchen mat from Target. Seems expensive, but it's worth the investment. However, my pedal will still tend to have the rear creep to the side, but that might be because my technique is still bad.

My hi hat is swimming all across a carpet mat also bought on amazon. Simply didn’t work as described, doesn’t adhere to the carpet I bought. This manufacturer also makes there own carpets..prob only work with the same brand carpet.

FINALLY an inexpensive way to keep my bass drum and hi-hat from migrating across the stage. You'll need a good rug so the Velcro can grip it, but these do work.

I cannot express enough how much it improved my kicks, I'd say it's a must have item for confident drumming

Excellent grip on the drum mat to stop my doupble bass pedal and hit hat from shifting. A tad expensive for a chunk on rubber and Velcro, but a quick solution that works very well. Price is the only thing which brought my rating down.
