Usage Instructions
Press the 'MODE' button to switch to step counting mode. When ‘STEP’ appears on the screen, you’re in step mode and ready to track your steps.
One-Button Reset
Press and hold the 'RESET' button for 3-5 seconds to clear your steps.
Wearing Instructions
Clip the pedometer to your waist, then start running. It will automatically track your steps.
The pedometer may not accurately count steps in the following situations
1.Irregular movements, such as swinging or vibrations.
2.Biking, or when taking slow or light steps.
3.While using buses, trains, and cars
Accuracy: For optimal accuracy, use this pedometer during continuous and consistent walking activities.

Item was great and worked as advertised for roughly a week. I’ve now had it a little over a month and am disappointed. At first it would reset on its own leaving me to estimate the last known number. Then it started not counting my steps. Does not work as advertised would not recommend to buy.

I wanted something analog in case I can't carry my phone with me and this works perfectly. Some people complained it wasn't accurate but if you place it on your hip on the side it seems pretty accurate I tracked it with my phone and they both were pretty close I've been using it for about 2-3 weeks.

This does not count my steps. I guess you get what you pay for. I have tried numerous times with no steps counted. If I shake it real hard it'll count the shakes but not my steps.

Battery dead in short order. WTH kind of tool is required to open the battery case? It's clearly not any of the screwdrivers in my eyeglasses repair kit. So no way to recharge. 1/20/25 Started working again today; maybe was taking snow days!
