The pictures from the product page shows the hooks in a metal pegboard. Practically zero thickness. Since this was the type of pegboard I have, the hooks work fabulously for me. Straight out, no weird angles. If this is your situation as well, I highly recommend.

Not sure why I gave even one star! They are useless, when put in peg board they do not seat correctly at all , they point up at about a 45 degree angle.. junk!!
