Exact perfect replacement. Each piece was made as the original that it came with. I had my Pelican case for about 20 years and had initially designed it to hold a specific item. I will now reconfigure for other delicate instruments.

Just in case you were like me and thought the squares were something like 1cm x 1cm, it is not. The squares run the entire depth of the foam, so you don't get to choose how deep your item sits into your box(giggity).

I originally bought the Pelican 1200 case for my Go Pro and accessories. I watched some Youtube videos and was very satisfied with my initial customization of the Pick n' Pluck foam. Then I bought a Glock 19 and wanted to convert this case for this pistol. Now I have two interchangeable foam liners as well as a rock solid Pelican case to protect either the Go Pro or Glock.The attached photo shows Glock 19 with 3 magazines stacked with plenty of room for a fourth in the grip as well as the night sights I will be adding soon. It may be possible to fit additional magazines, but this is my current setup and is only shown as one of many possible configurations.Highly recommended!

One third the price of a new case and makes the interior as the day it left the factory. I had a 1200 case used to transport sensitive scientific equipment. The use of those sensors has passed and a new assignment came along. New foam and the little case that could is now available for carry the sensors needed today for a VERY reasonable cost.

Fit like a glove in my old case. Quite expensive for a small area of foam but it’s got those fancy round edges, top middle and bottom foam pieces.

Love this stuff, make sure you leave it 24 hours after unwrapping to bounce back and it's exactly as you would expect and very cheap compared to others on Amazon. Will be ordering this every time.
