On my pelican magna 100, I had to enlarge the drain hole to 3/4†with a step bit. Perfect fit after that. Locks in place tight, and the retainer keeps it from falling out completely so you can leave it open to drain on the drive home.

I was pleased that this plug fit my Pelican kayak but noticed it doesn't stay seated and tends to pop up. Hoping with time and use it may improve.
