My sister, who owns her own business and sometimes asks me to do some sorting for her, once told me she had nightmares of her one and only sort-all falling apart....she had been looking for a second one of these for a long time. I checked, and YAY, Amazon took me right to it! I actually wrapped it up for her for a surprise 60th birthday party and it got the most reaction of happiness from her than ANY of her gifts! (What can I say, she's been a work-minded businesswoman since we were little kids, and stuff like this is a big hit. Well-made, sturdy, and even better than the old one she has. This is must-have tool for a teachers workflow. I use it to have my students turn in assignments, and then everything is already in alphabetical order. Saves time when putting scores in the grade book.They don't last forever, though; especially when in a classroom setting with kids. I am on my third one in 18 years of teaching. Wish the plastic was a bit stronger.

There is no faster, more efficient way to sort documents than this. Just slip the doc into the right slot and voila, sorting is done. I use it everyday and actually look forward to sorting docs because I know that it will be done correctly, easily, and quickly.

It is sturdy and easy to put in a drawer for storage. I use it to sort all kinds of things as it has letter tabs, number tabs, month tabs, tabs that count by 10 or 100. I've had an assortment of papers in it and sorted- needed to move it and was able to pick the whole thing up without anything being disturbed.

I love that it is a compact piece of equipment, yes, it is equipment because it saves so much space when you are trying to file a large amount of paper for filing in the cabinet. I had one for years, but just lately I can't find it so I ordered another one. It's that much of an important office tool!!!

This is a multi functional filing tool. It is exactly the same as the first one I used in my first office job in 1964, and used in many jobs since. Now I have one for home use.Highly recommended!

I bought this product for use in a single accountant office. So far it seems sturdy enough. All of the indices on the sorting tabs are legible. I expect this document sorter will last me well beyond retirement (in about 10 years). There are cheaper document sorters out there, but you get what you pay for.

This sorter is very practical as it has alphabet, months and days, so this can sort most documents. I could fit a large pile in between each two flaps. The build quality leaves a little to be desired as some of the flaps/dividers tend to get stuck when they are too close together, e.g. 29, 30 and 31.
