The Penn indoor pickleballs are great. They are easier to view on gym floor courts. They play a bit soft compared to other brands. They are a little more expensive but are very durable.

I bought these balls because of their red color. It is one of the easier colors to see on indoor basketball courts. The color on these balls is good and they seem sturdy, but the seam is noticeable. I didn't use them because I plan to return them, but I suspect the seam will have a small effect on playability.

These balls have the most visible color for my (aging) eyes. Important for not always well-lit indoor courts. They are less bouncy than most: a personal preference for sure. However, they start developing soft spots and then small cracks growing from the holes, after about 3-5 days of use. They are not very durable.

This bright orange color seems to be the easiest and best to visualize by myself and other retired PB players!! A favorite!

When you play both indoor and outdoor pickleball, it helps a lot that the balls from one medium resembles that of the other. The Franklin X40 is a hard ball. This indoor Penn balls is pretty firm as well.

Used many different brands. The last I had were blue Franklins which were/are great but the wall at our court is the same colour so difficult to see sometimes. These are super nice - solid, bounce and most importantly I haven’t split one yet

Initially a good indoorball to play with, plays as would expect. However all 3 balls broke within 3 sessions! Whilst I accept balls do break here and there not all 3 within such a short period. Disappointing as penn is a good brand and I paid over the odds for the brand. Asked for a refund or replacement but was denied despite only having product for 3 weeks
