A decent and cute item so no issues there. However, I accidentally ordered 2 of the item by mistake. As soon as I received it in the mail I requested the return/refund. The return process is a bit much in my opinion. You have to pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee comes out of the refund. By the time you pay for both of those things you are barely getting half of your money back. If you are not 100% sold on this item or are like me and accidentally order 2, use caution before purchasing.

The items are cute, but they are screen printed, not embroidered. Inaccurate item description and really disappointing.
