About Charging:
- Blinking Red Light - Battery is too low and needs to be charged
- Blinking Blue Light - The product is charging
- The Green Light Stays On - Charging is complete, please fully charge it for the first time
NOTE:
- Turn on the cat ball: short press the on-off key
- Switch mode: After turning on the smart ball, long press the power button
- Smart mode (the blue indicator light stays on for 3 seconds), automatically enters standby mode after running for 5 minutes, reactivates the ball to turn on after slapping,
- In normal mode (green indicator light stays on for 3 seconds), the ball will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of o peration.

Even after a week my cat is a little cautious with the ball. He very seldom jumps at it or paws at it. However, he loves to stalk it, He follows it around and crouches down like he is hunting it. i set it to go dormant for awhile, then it starts up for a few minutes and the stalking starts over again. It keeps him alert and active.

I LOVED THE WAY I KEPT MY DOGS INTEREST WHEN IT WORKED.... BUT AFTER ONE CHARGE IT JUST STOPPED WORKING,I GOT IT REPLACED AND SECOND ONE WAS JUST AS BAD, DO NOT BUY IT.

Ever watch some tricked up tv commercial and wished the product really worked that way ? HERE IT IS !!!Works EXACTLY as shown. No speeded up tricks !!! It is the closest thing to a mouse gone crazy !!!! I needed to use the slower mode because my pet is a fraidy cat. I cant be more descriptive of the action of this perfect play toy, the string flops so realistly, the ball works exactly as the video shows . If there is any one negative comment its to say that the charging port IS NOT the on/off/select switch. Look for the raisedswitch insignia on the rubber itself while you are in a bright place and mark it with a dot of magic marker. A PERFECTIONIST DREAM toy !!! I need to add that tying 2 spaced knots in the string adds even more and different action .

These may be good for cats, but are too easily broken for dogs. My Shih Tzu's had these broken pretty quickly. Also, they don't last very long before they need a charge.

My puppy loves this toy, but even after an over night charge, it slows to a halt after only 5 mins.Would be great if it rolled around longer, as it’s very stimulating.

This thing did not work at ball like what was show in a video. I couldn't get it to do what I was expecting and I handed it over to my granddaughter and she had the same problem. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

My puppy loves this toy. It is very durable because he bites on it and chases it and it still keeps going. It’s so nice to have something to get those Zumiez out when the weather is raining or too cold to play outside and highly recommend tho ball. So glad it comes with an extra tail because if anything he does eventually loosen up the tail where I can’t get it back on anymore.
