This coffee percolator makes really great tasting hot coffee in minutes. I really love it especially it comes with a heat resistant glass knob. I can watch coffee perk easily. I have been trying to find a coffee pot with non-plastic element and this is exactly what I needed. Love its large cool touch handle and the cordless serve design as well. You can easily pick the coffee pot up and bring it everywhere without unplugging the pot. It’s pretty easy to clean, the brush cleaner is definitely a bonus. Best coffee maker I have ever bought!

We enjoy the perk method of brewing coffee and we’re very glad that we found them online since stores only have the more modern styles. And extremely expensive. We decided to try this one with the heat plate and like it very much so far. It is easy to set and remove the pot from the plate. We also like the longer cord. Coffee brews well, easy to clean with the brush provided. So far, we really like it.

The pot doesn't have a on/off switch or timer which assumed it would Besides that it makes good coffee!!!

I purchased this to use in my Airbnb and so far I’ve had no complaints.

Received the unit today. Package not damaged. Upon pulling the unit out of the box I noticed the handle is very loose and there is no way to tighten it. If I fill this up and try to use it, the handle can pop off causing the unit to fall, hit the counter and hot coffee will go everywhere burning the person. Also the bottom of the unit where the bottom plastic edge is gouged and sharp. If you ran your finger across it, you would get scratched. Poorly made, thin cheap materials and unsafe. DO NOT BUY this. I took a chance and wanted to support a new product, won't make that mistake again. There are plenty of other great choices on Amazon.

Missing a little spring that fits on the pump tub under the coffee basket. Need a spring
