I ended up with a lemon that takes forever (5x the time compared to my other grinder) to grind and makes a ton of noise, the stone rubbing against the container. You call/write to Ultra customer service and they make you go in circles, while being rude in their conversations (like they don't want to talk to you). After going through all the hoops, the best option the customer support could offer is for me to ship the machine (at my cost) and include with it a prepaid return shipping for them to send it back. I don't trust Ultra (product/company), my recommendation is that you don't as well

Not good for grinding Rice, absolutely not good. This is a useless grinder.
