These posts-- 30mm or 1 3/16"-- are useful for binding together punched-hole printed matter, and they also have uses for stand-off-posts in various small projects where you need something like that. Screw-posts used to be easily available in almost any office supply store, but now they're much harder to find. That's just some background. Anyway, if that's what you're looking for, then these are good ones.

I use post-binders for things that need to be structurally secured but may need to be taken apart. For example, a scrap-book with leather cover/sections or different kinds of material that needs to be connected.I use drills or hole punches to make the holes for the binders and such. These seem to be good quality from the use I have had so far. These are very similar to other binders I have used in the past. No real surprised.
