We received the package sooner than expected and packaged perfectly. We painted it ourselves which gave it our personal touch.

The item was mostly good, except for the color. I had input a blush pink color, only for the product to appear more of an off white. There were also some slight burn looking brown marks around the lettering and it smelled like burnt wood so strongly, that it smelled like a fire pit inside of my house for the last few days.

In the picture when purchasing, it showed as if it was going to be MUCH bigger. This is tiny… you can barely even read the middle name once you put it up next to the wall. For paying over $100, I think it’s ridiculous you cannot return this or atleast speak with someone to exchange it for a different size. I do NOT recommend this product.
