I purchased the bracelet as a gift. It was wonderful! Unfortunately, the stone fell out and was lost within the first week of wear. The company who made it was wonderful to work with and expedited a replacement immediately after being notified. I would buy from them again!

I’m sorry but this is so bad 😫 I ordered this for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day, it just arrived today (4 days late) and the picture quality is fine but there is a big scratch on my fiancés face. I am so disappointed. I already felt bad enough giving it to him late and now I don’t want to give it to him at all. Very very upsetting…

It’s pretty cheap and very adorable I gave this to my mom with a memorable photo and she loved it so much it put a huge smile on her face, it may be hard to see the image inside but it is visible if you keep trying to look or if you use a phone camera😋

The bracelet itself seems really strong and sturdy, the metal piece not so much, not sure if it's really metal. The picture inside is not the best quality, and you have to move it around a little to see all of it, can't see the whole picture at once.
