I was excited to buy this mug as a Christmas present and was very disappointed and upset. The lettering is NOT engraved. It is barely a shade lighter than the mug and looks more like a sticker.The wording I requested is crooked on the mug.The only good part about this is that the USPS lost the package so the mug didn’t arrive before Christmas; sparing me the embarrassment of my husband opening it in front of the whole family.

Very disappointing with the cup. For a minute I thought they forgot to write the name on the cup. You cannot see the writing at all, you will need to see it from a very close distance and with glasses. Think twice before you order.

I ordered this as my husband wanted it and was happy that it could be personalized. The color of the personalization was so light you cannot see the name on the cup.
