This hat is great and lite weight. It came with a mesh top which was a nice touch and surprise. It took less then a week to receive it too which is extremely fast for a custom item. I am already ordering another one 💯

The size of this hat fits a 3-6 year old child according to US size charts. It is a piece of completely no-stretch polyester with some mesh on it. This hat is NOT adjustable — it is NOT the hat in the photo shown in the listing. You even need to turn the hat inside out so the name is not upside down, making the circumference even smaller than my photo. When contacted about this, the seller tried to offer a partial refund for a useless piece of material with a name on it. After days of going back and forth, sending photos and not accepting a measly partial refund, I eventually got my money back. Sellers like this are ruining Amazon Marketplace. Don’t waste your money or your time and purchase somewhere else.

I ordered the white with printed logo since the embroidery version lacked the font desired.Print Area looks to be roughly 8 x 12 cm based on 3:4 ratio of customization box.My edge-to-edge print came in at just under 12 cm (about 4.72 inches)The print is surpassingly large compared to the customization box giving a poor 2D on 3D representation.Flattened, the hat is roughly 11.5 inches across with the logo taking up less than half. It appeared to take up only 1/3 of the hat's horizontal space in the customization box.NOTE: my logo was the maximum available width, but there was still plenty of vertical design space. Despite placement of the logo at the bottom of the design space, they centered it vertically. You may wish to use a picture with 3:4 negative space around your logo if you want it offset. They did not print the white background and *hopefully* won't re-center an already centered image.It is returnable in case of damage or defect, but it comes from a third party with outside shipping.Pros:• Inexpensive. Decent price, especially for a one-off.• Easier than DIY. No Cricut or hand cutting. No stock-color vinyl or smeary inks. No weeding. No alignment.• Did not print background white• Can add some limited text picture logo• Fast turnaround time (for customized item shipping from China)Cons:• No info: A photo shows a diameter of 22.8-23.6 inches (they should have shown as circumference). No sizes are given for the print area and the preview layouts are quite distorted• No proofing stage. They took it upon themselves to center my logo vertically despite it being deliberately placed at the bottom of the customization window. I guess it qualifies as returnable... but is it worth the bother?• Not adjustable. Not even an elastic gather or Velcro strap like some brands.• Hand wash only. The logo will not last without gentle handling.• Smells of vinegar. Vinegar is a cheap substitute for cleaning solution in fabric prints. You'll want to wash it.• Poorly sewn. See photo. The edges bunch so much, it almost looks like there's elastic (that would be the wrong spot for elastic anyway).

The name was spelled wrong on it when it was delivered. It was supposed to say Michael and it said Micheal.
