This is not an expensive locket but I just wanted to try one and see if I would wear it. The chain was nice. The ring loop was Very small so it may be hard for someone with arthritis. When I ordered, I downloaded 2 pics that I wanted in the locket. It came with those pictures inside, as well as 2 extra sets which I thought was nice. The pictures were clear, in color and easy to see. The clasp in the locket opens and shuts nicely and firmly. It came with the engraving I chose in the script I picked. I can see that it may fade over time but considering how inexpensive it was I expect it. If and when this one starts showing age I plan to order another one. It came from overseas and had to go through customs but the expected date was the 15th-21st and I received it On the 15th. It came in a box but not a fancy box, just a regular paper box. Overall I'm very pleased with my jewelry

I have two lockets from this seller. One broke after minimal use. The company made it very easy to get a free replacement. The pictire quality is great and they even give extra cut pictures. Highly recommend.
