This gift is far better than I expected and my husband LOVES it. It is stunning, great quality, the packaging it came in made sure nothing broke! It was in PERFECT condition! The glass is thick, no sticker and the wood is real! I’m beyond blown away with this! I don’t make many comments often but, this is so worth every penny! The seal is perfect, the functionality is perfect! The look is perfect! I don’t have one complaint or anything I’d want different. Will be ordering more in the future!! Can’t thank this company enough! The meaning behind it is so special to my family and for them to execute it with such perfection and better than I imagined is such a blessing. I could go on and on! I ordered the full presentation set for my son for Christmas he just bought his first home and is putting a bar in! To give a fair review of the product itself it’s gorgeous and I am very happy with it the etching was good quality was nice. However I must take away a star because I was not sent my entire purchase I ordered a full presentation set the entire set and was only sent the 4 glasses and decanter when I inquired about my missing tray I was told I ordered it without the tray (not sure how you get no tray if you order the full presentation set, they have a different option for glasses and decanter only) it took many many back and fourths to try to understand how my order was only the glasses and decanter when I ordered the full presentation set and paid the higher price but eventually everything was settled and they did finally send me the rest of my order. The items are great they seem durable not cheap nice thick glass! I think that in the future I would use them again because end game everything was great!

I wasted my money buying the wood box that was monogrammed because I can't use it to display the glasses in the canister or even store the glasses in canister because it's an empty box. No foam insert no nothing. If you put the glasses and canister in it they'll just rattle around and break completely pointless to buy the box. I would not recommend this place. I tried to resolve the issue and they only offered me 15% and I have a box I can't use!!!! I spent a lot of money and now I have to purchase a different set or try and figure out where to get a foam insert for it! I would not buy from them!
