Having used scissors and a larger, cheaper shaver on my dogs, I was ready to find something suitable for small dogs. This worked great on both the Maltese and the Chihauhua-terrier. Rescue pups. One was very resistant to shaving paw hair, but on the first use of this shaver, he was calm. This is the answer for face and paws for little dogs. I like that itââŹâ˘s rechargeable.

PROS: Extremely quiet and does a good job of trimming the hair in-between the pads of my dogs feet. So this trimmer does exactly what it was purchased for! the other nice thing is it comes with a spare blade. CONS: Personally I'd like to have seen a bit longer charging cord as you don't always have an outlet within 2 ft. The other issue I have is the placement of the on/off button. I've inadvertently bumped it and turned it off more times than I care for... yes it's a new product and adapting is always necessary, but with it's current location, it can be annoying... perhaps reversing it with the indicator lights further down the handle?? YES IT IS WORTH THE Price

This little grooming tool is a God-send. My little Shih-Tzu has to check everything out and her head swings around while you're trying to groom her too. I accidentally cut her little paw pad with scissors which was traumatic for both of us. It took a little time, patience, and practice, but this product is wonderful. I no longer stress and worry about cutting her. Buy it.
