Looks nice...simple instructions...only 2 screws, everything else locks in place. Will hold our 2 cats with no problem.

This has been a wonderful purchase! I waited until I had used it a lot before writing my review. Our pup was able to get out and about with us before she was fully vaccinated because we kept her inside the stroller when we ventured out. We are working with a trainer for her to be a Diabetic Alert Dog so she has been to stores and restaurants in the stroller while we waited out her vaccinations. Now, at 4 months, she can safely walk for 20 minutes and we put her in the stroller after that so that the humans can keep going. From the reviews, I was worried about the wheels, but all they needed was a little white lithium grease between the plastic and the metal on the back axles. We also find that the more we use it, the easier it is to push. We love that we can carry stuff with us underneath. My hubbie drilled a hole in the bottom of the bassinet and added a chain to attach to her harness so she doesn't jump/fall out if the top is down. She's a super chewer and we didn't trust the straps. The bassinet also has come in useful for visiting family and friends. It gives her a place to settle with her toys. We recently looked at a whole bunch more because she will outgrow this one (40 lbs max) and could not find anything I like as much as this one.

Just unboxed this and was so excited to take my Yorkie Poo for her first walk. This looks great and even rides smoothly on my kitchen floor. Took it outside and got about 2 minutes into my walk when the front wheel started wobbling like a bad grocery cart at the store. There is no way I can walk my puppy. She was getting so shook up by the wobbling. Super disappointed :(

It is very well made and was packed well protected for shipping. Will accommodate my two Teddy Bear Puppies for a trip I’m planning. I love it. I do recommend it over the other cheaper models that have a lesser weight maximum. This folds easy and sets up easy. Directions for putting it together were fairly easy. One spot was a little hard to understand. Had issue putting bale handle on till I realized you slip it inside the tube to attach it. Found that out once I figured out that they moved and rotated to accept the bail. Had to have help setting it up only because I have an injured left hand and right shoulder that aren’t 100%.I have had trouble with one latch malfunctioning and wanted to send it back but didn’t want to pay return shipping so I found out the latch could just be replaced it they would send me a good latch but they haven’t responded to my request yet and I think it has been 2 weeks since my request. If I don’t hear from them I will have to get ahold of Amazon to straighten it out as they are now out of stock so I can’t reorder a good one. The latch keeps popping open.

Much like my Bob strollers for my kids, this pet stroller has heavy duty tires that are incredibly aerodynamic. This is why I chose this version, the type with 3 tire wheels. It’s perfect for outdoors and aesthetically made for indoors. The inside is perfect for my 8lb rescue yorkie mix. My daughter said this looks like a hotel stroller 😆. It’s just super classy looking and functional for the price. Not going to lie, kind of obnoxiously large … If you don’t mind that, I would absolutely recommend this product!

I purchased this at full price. The item was shipped in a box that was too small, the product pieces were deforming the box. When I opened it and started assembling, I discovered one of the hinge pieces to the handle was broken. I contacted the seller who first offered to replace it and wanted me to ship it back. After I expressed my concern about me paying for shipping wasn’t fair since I received a broken item at no fault of my own, they offered to send me another product, at no cost and to keep the broken one. The second one arrived the same way the first did. As I put the second one together, the axle for one of the wheels hadn’t been installed properly, my husband had to go take it apart and push it though so the wheel would stay on. Now the brakes don’t work. When I let the seller know, they offered to send me yet another one. I asked for a refund instead and they needed up refunding me. I have tried to use the second one keeping in mind I don’t have a brake, the wheels feel VERY UNSTABLE. And if my cat were to make any sudden movement a without me holding the handle, she could topple over. Overall, low quality, not worth $100+. Find another alternative.

I love this stroller especially for the price. I wanted to give 5 stars but the very first day I used it, one of the back wheels’ screw popped off 15 minutes into my walk with my dog. The wheel would not stay on. It clearly was defected. I reached out to the seller and they were extremely kind and quick to respond. They are sending me a new wheel as there is absolutely nothing else wrong. I’m going to replace the wheel and see how it does. The stroller was easy to assemble and is super nice in person. I just probably got a defective part but they were so quick in their response and quickly solved the issue and had great customer service so I’m giving it another chance ;)
