This rip away IFAK is very roomy, able to fit a thermal blanket, pair of chest seals, 2 packs of compressed gauze, trauma shears, SWAT-T tourniquet, a 6 inch flat folded elastic trauma dressing, and even a CAT TQ with it's well sized elastic hanger on the bottom. This size does come at the cost of bulk, and if you put too much stuff into it, it might not be super comfortable on your belt line. Speaking of which, it can easily mount onto most sized combat belts, as well as molle. If you want a belt mounted IFAK with room for everything, this is a good choice.

As someone who has invested A LOT into ifak supplies and top tier gear from Agilite, Crye, Defense Mechanisms, and Esstac this pouch can hang with the best. It's a really handy ifak pouch that rips off with hook and loop for the ability to unmount the pouch when it's really needed. This pouch isn't a small belt pouch however. I'd put this on a plate carrier or bag set up.One thing I give I really like about not only this pouch but Petac gear in general are their molle straps that are integrated into their pouches is how easy they are to strap thru molle and how secure they are. They're wonderful, low profile straps that beat malice clips and the standard thick straps with buttons that will wear laser cut molle faster.I absolutely recommend this pouch and Petac in general. Great value for the money that I have no issues mounting right next to my top tier duty kit.

Came as advertised, but the molle strips could definitely use a snap or button or something to keep them secured. But that's really my only gripe. It makes for a great tear-away IFAK. I have it on my battle belt, but it is molle so it'll fit on just about anything molle compatible, plus it has room for a belt to belt-mount it. Overall, if you're looking for a budget friendly tear-away pouch for an IFAK, I would highly recommend this product.

So far so good. Light material but seems like quality. The design is pretty good. Would benefit from just one more inch or half inch of width. The molle straps are flexible and stitch to the molle well. Zippers and Velcro seem to be of traditional quality - no issues and no signs of poor stitching.This is my third piece of gear from this company and I’ve been impressed with the price/quality ratio.

I do wish it was a tad bigger. Not much, but this is a great IFAK pouch. The hook on the back for the quick disconnect is super useful. I would recommend this. The reason I bought it was because of Alexander Machiavelli on YouTube.

While it does hold my IFAK with a few extra supplies, the straps to secure it are not efficient. On sitting down, the movement caused the straps to come loose and leave my IFAK dangling. Luckily, it was a test run and I had some Malice clips handy. Now, the pouch is secure and should hold its own. Consider buying a pack of malice clips with this pouch.

Great for the price. Tear away is a must if youre going to mount an ifak to molle on anything that isnt easily carried with you (ie a molle panel attached to your vehicles seat) which is where i think this pouch thrives. It is just a little too bulky to wear on a duty belt, possibly good for a carrier. If it fits your needs I recommend it!

IFAK is made of quality material with tons of storage inside the pouch. The tourniquet holder on the bottom secures it in place, Rip away function is a nice touch aswell in an emergency.
