This duel leash allows your pups to be nearly 6 feet apart, and still maintain total control due to the second handle, when most others only allow for a foot or two. My dogs love each other, but like to sniff out different areas and clearly never liked the duel leashes I have used in the past. Since I purchased this, it seems like they don’t even realize they are attached. This is my 4th duel leash, and by far my (and more importantly my pups) favorite.

The dual dog leash works great for my two large dogs. They weight 80 and 90 pounds each. It has reduced the wandering as we walk along. The 3 hand grips are helpful for bringing the dogs closer to you. The leases do not tangle dud to the swivel connector. The leash has made walking 2 large dogs very easy.

I have the 1/2” leash. It is well made and strong. The grips are smooth and comfortable, the metal clasps are sturdy and the mechanism swivels easily.It works well for my 52lb and 35lb dogs clipped together. It is easier to clean up with only one grip to hold and the bags clipped to the handle.

We have two dogs and sometimes only one of us can take them out for a walk which can always be interesting. We got this double leash to see if it would help our poor single dog walker. The good news is that this leash works! Our dogs do great on this, mainly I think is that they end up correctly (think pull) the other if one of them strays too far. So this is a win. Only recommendation, we got the smaller (thinner) cord based upon the weight chart, is get the larger/thicker size. The smaller version is small, maybe good for dogs under 10lbs, ours are closer to 20-30lbs.

Has made my life easier walking my three dogs. I have two in one hand and that other on a separate leash. After getting cut with three zip lines…I will never go back

We have two collies, one about 85 lbs, the other 95 lbs. The first test walk with this went very well. This leash makes it much easier for one person to walk both dogs at the same time. We have only had it 3 days, but so far it looks like we will love it.

Same unsafe and super heavy hardware as on all other useless leashes from China I've tried from Amazon... this is the 5th double leash I've tried on here and I give up - do not buy any of these other black hardware ones made in China, they all use the same junk even when the ropes/straps are well made. The metal is stupidly heavy and too oversized, not like nice small light hardware on items bought at pet stores. A lot of reviews say clips failed, too. All returns and not usable - they drag, are unsafe for the dogs as they move around hitting each other, too heavy to be practical, and hurt your hand if you try to wrap the leash to shorten or they swing back at you.

Love this product. The rope is good quality, as are the connections. I can create a longer length for one dog or walk the two. They each have enough space/freedom of movement to do their thing while not pulling me in different directions. The leash is easy to use, is not stretchy but is very good functionally. I would recommend this product

Strong round leads with heavy duty metal clips. I was a little disappointed that the individual leads are not adjustable . A good buy.

This set is awesome for a two dog house, except if one is a puller.

I have two Presa Canarios that I like to walk together. I was walking them on separate leashes, which is a bit of a pain, so when I saw this particular leash, I decided to give it a try in hopes of making things a little easier on me. I ordered the “1/2" x 6.5 FT (50-180 lbs.)” option since my pups are roughly 100 lbs each. The leash came packaged in a plain, plastic bag. No smells were noted upon opening.The leash is made of nylon rope that is 1/2” in diameter, so it's not very thick. The hardware is black powder-coated metal of some sort. The hardware is held into place by black rubber pieces. There are two handles that are covered in a very cheap, thin black foam. The main leash is 3.5' in length and then each split leash to which the dogs will be attached are 3' in length, for a total of 6.5'. The two split leashes are held onto the main leash by way of hardware consisting of dog-clips which clip onto a ring attached to the end of the main leash. Both the ring attached to the main leash as well as the dog-clips on the split leashes have the ability to rotate 360 degrees to help keep your dogs from getting tangled. The split leashes attach to your dogs' collars by way of dog-clips. The rope is designed with a reflective line running through it so that drivers can see you if you are walking your dogs in the dark.In the main, this leash works okay, but I have to say, I don't find it very comfortable to hold onto. The foam handles are very thin and they started ripping within a couple of days. I now wear gloves when I use this leash and that seems to work better. Be aware that it is probably going to take you some time to adjust to this leash if you have never used a split leash before. I am finding it difficult because I am used to keeping a lower grip on the dogs and I don't have that option with this leash. I don't like that I can't have that sort of control over my pups, just in case I need to. I also don't think the leash itself is all that durably made. It's not that thick and nylon tends to fray fairly easily. When you have two 100 lbs dogs at the ends of your leash, it can get a little worrisome that the only thing holding them there is a nylon rope that is 1/2” thick. The leash has held up okay so far, except for the handles, but I just don't have the piece of mind with this leash that I'd like. I also don't like that the listing doesn't say what kind of metal the hardware is fashioned from.This leash is regularly priced at $31.99 and I find that a wee bit much, considering the materials used in its manufacture and the fact that the foam handle coverings ripped within the first few days of use. At the moment, Pet Bonus is offering a coupon code for 10% off, so if you are considering buying this leash, now might be a good time to pull the trigger. I personally would not recommend this leash for large dogs like mine since I just don't think the materials are strong enough to hold them should they insist they are going somewhere. But if you have a dog 50 lbs and under, it should be okay. Just don't expect those handles to last. I hope this review has helped you to make the purchasing decision that is right for you and your dogs.
