So far (and it's only been two days), I LOVE this pet watering system. Its clean lines mean nowhere for mold to take hold, and that was a HUGE probleem with the dispenser it replaces; it's going to be very easy to keep clean. The bowl is large, and the white plastic is bright... looks nice in my kitchen. The water container has some "faceted" kind of design that really does make the water look sparkling clean (see a theme here?). While that prticular feature will probably not last, even though I use bottled water, it sure is nice now! The only drawback is that when I flipped the whole (heavy) thing over to place it on the floor after filling it, a pretty good amopunt of water ended up on the floor. Maybe I'll get more skilled as time goes by. If not, it's not that big a deal. Overall, I love the thing!

I do not like the fact that it has two large holes in the cap instead of a gravity plug. When you want to lift off the water jug to clean the water bowl, it’s impossible without spilling water everywhereâ€¼ï¸ If it had a gravity plug, it would plug the hole, and water would be stopped from coming out. As it is now, we have to lift the entire ensemble to the sink and flush out the bowl and then put it back on the ground. The jug is heavy when filled completely

This was by far my favorite water dispenser. With three thirsty dog (1 large and 2 small) we still only had to fill it once a week. Unlike other bottles the wide opening made it easy to clean. We felt our pups always had fresh, clean water. Unfortunately, our love of this product was short lived. After a little over a year, while preparing to clean the bottle, it dropped and the lid broke. It wasn’t even that much of a fall and the bottle was almost empty. I was surprised that it broke. I was even more surprised that the company doesn’t stock replacement lids, especially since it appears that there lids are prone to breaking. I would have gladly purchased a new lid, but I won’t be buying a entire new system as it is too expensive for something that has a part that breaks so easily. So, we have gone back to using a bowl that we fill daily. I don’t want a different system as I have tried those before and the narrow neck bottles are impossible to keep germ free. This is the only system I would ever use again. It is the best. Just be very careful when handling it because you only get 1 lid!

Colour and style are nice. Easy to assemble and use. Good water capacity. Great for my cats.I bought this for going on vacation. Then my cat sitter doesn’t have to worry about giving them water. Another worry off my mind.

Easy at initial fill up however when trying to flip it over of course it’s heavy. The base is flimsy and you cannot put any weight on it to flip it over or it will break in time, very thin plastic. I’ve had back surgery and cannot just lift it up with out leaning it and turning it.It also spills water out of the opening when trying to flip it out. It doesn’t wait to dispense until it is flipped over upright like other water dispensers due to the openings. So watch your shoes! Not a great product for the price

I have yet to use this yet since my fence isn’t installed yet but I love these for dogs/cats that drink a lot of water. I think these are always good for the money, usually pretty sturdy, and easily to set up and easily remove the lid to refill the bottle.

This thing was dead on arrival. The packaging was terrible, broken, dirty, and was obviously packed and sent multiple times.The material is chincy. Cracked and crumpled, and wont last. Returned for refund.

I did some hunting around before I purchased this water dish for our two dogs (mid-sized German Shepard and chihuahua) and this one works really well. Reviews on other gravity water dispensers had complaints that there was not enough room between the water jug and dish it attaches to which did not allow the water to flow freely; this water dispenser does not have that issue. As soon as we turn it over, the water is coming out and fills the dish about halfway up. The first one we received was cracked so we returned it and the second one was in good condition. I had read another person's review for this product and he gave tips on how to flip the dish over after filling it with water and it was really helpful. (In case you can't find his review here's a quick recap: He said to imagine the dish as a foot. The part that attaches to the water jug is the heel and the area where the dog drinks from is the toe. After attaching the "heel" part of the dish to the full jug, slowly turn it over heel to toe. I think he described it better but that's the main idea.)

With 3 dogs, I was filling up the water dish twice a day, now it's every 3 days or so, which I love. By the 3rd day the dish is dirty and needs a clean, but I'm okay with that. It takes a few tries to set it down without getting water all over, but I've mastered it now, and love this waterer! I'd definately buy it again.

I bought this to replace a similar product that we had bought many years ago. I found this one very easy to refill without spilling water and it does exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it.
