I have two feral cats that have adopted us and essentially live on our porch. I purchased this heated pad to help keep them warm on cold winter nights and this fits the bill perfectly. It’s a good size and I’ve seen both cats on it at the same time. I plugged this into a smart outlet which lets me control it from an app on my smartphone and this really improves the functionality. Overall, both I and my feral cats definitely recommend.

I bought the electric heating pad for the feral kitty I feed. I have 2 houses for her. I added this additional heating pad due to how cold it is in Michigan. I recommend this brand because it has the correct temperature for the fur baby and I don’t have to worry about setting the temperature because it set set at the proper and safe temperature. It has a zipper on the pad that can be removed to launder and washes great.

I love that this keeps the stray in my neighborhood warm when it's so cold out. We had a week of 20 below and we had to knock on the cat house to get her to come out. So happy she likes it! Highly recommend!

I have a wood cat house for the neighborhood cat Izzy. She buries herself in the back of her house, on this bed, and sleeps comfortably. On really cold mornings she watches me put out her food from inside the house because the bed is so warm.

The cats love it! I'm going to have to purchase another one 🙂Originally I didn't know how I felt about something that did not warm up until they laid on it for a little bit, but it seems to be just fine and they use it plenty!The one thing I would say is that you don't have to really blow it up for it to work. I initially blew it up as it showed and the cats did not want to use it. They didn't like the " waterbed" type of feeling that it had. It has a very minimal amount in it and doesn't seem to have any issues! So far it's been pretty durable.

Put this in an outside cat house I built for a feral. Plugged in through the basement window here on Long Island. 18 degrees at night the last 2 days. As you can see he loves it. Keep it plugged in all day. Keeps him warm and the house is at a comfortable temperature. Update. We got the one guy in a home and now we have another taking his place. Keeps him warm every night.

Came in a retail vacuum bagSize is as described. It has a cloth sleeve that you can remove for washing, and the mat itself is vinyl and can be wiped. User manual says MANY times to inspect for damage, which is understandable when your furry friend is going to be sleeping here. The vinyl pad has an air inlet (like an air mattress) that you add a bit of air to (according to the manual) to create an air cushion to even out the heating surface. I also liked the metal spring around the cord to protect it from being chewed, though some pets might find this even more reason to chew...Heats up fast. Sadly there is no thermostat for temperature settings (but that also eliminates a point of failure). Temperature is permanently set for ~40C, which seems a bit warm IMHO, but you'll get some heat loss from the air cushion and from the surface below, so do keep an eye on things when you first set this up for your pet.Disclaimer: I do not have any pets, so I am unable get a pet's opinion.Since Amazon removed my last review of this item due to "violating community guidelines", I'll try to be transparent and unbiased in the following:Pad was cut open in order to give confidence to pet owners of what is inside the mat that their pets will be sleeping on. No intention is made to demonstrate anything negative of this product or quality thereof by cutting it open. Pad does not cut open easily without tools. Do not use if cut open like you see in the pictures! I cut mine open so that all you pet owners have the information you need to make an informed purchase. The wires and heating element appear to be of sufficient quality and are robust enough to withstand continuous, normal use. If your pet chews or damages this mat, inspect it carefully or stop using it!

This heat pad works great in our unheated garage for our 2 outdoor cats even after 3 months of constant use. They are happy kitty’s!!

This is a great way to take the chill off for kitties who are outside. We built an outdoor cat house and put the pad inside it. The kitty just loves it. We tested it out inside to see if the cat would even be interested and she was.

This product has saved several feral cats from freezing, really nice quality, heats even in the worst of conditions. I would definitely recommend this product.
