This is the transmitter for In Ground Dog Fences and can be used for all Petsafe In Ground Dog Fences except the Yardmax and Ultra Smart Dog Fence Systems
Small and compact, the PetSafe Radio Fence RFA-435 transmitter can produce signal to cross over 4,000 feet of wire. Can be used for up to 25 acre coverage. This transmitter features both a loop break indicator and a loop break audible alarm. The RFA-435 Transmitter is the same transmitter featured in the PIG00-13661, PIG00-10777, and PIG00-14673 fence systems.
The RFA-435 Radio Fence transmitter is compatible with the following collar receivers

This is my third one. The others went bad over year or two. Called service several time and finally figured out it was set up too close to electric box and heavy metal objects. So just install it away from everything possible!!!

Easy to switch out the old for the new. User friendly but the cover is hard to open.

I have two of these one for my dogs that would get out constantly and the other for my goats. Iran the wire above ground so I can move them around as needed. It works great they are contained and safe. I highly recommend getting this.

I bought this as a replacement for a failed pet safe transmitter. With in 3 months of installing it I had intermittent issues of a broken loop warning and the beeping noise e that made my dog not want to go outside but instead hide inner crate. This continued until December and then it stopped working all together. Guess what out of warranty! I Thought the wire in the yard had broken. Well fast forward to June 2023. I called my radio fence installer and he tested the system and found the wire was good but ,when he jumpered the PetSafe unit it was defective. So here I am looking for a replacement transmitter ,guess what? I will.never buy Pet safe junk again!!!!!! Switched to another brand and so glad .

The first transmitter for my pet safe fence lasted about 4 years outside. This was a direct replacement and works great.
