My drain rod broke when I removed it for cleaning. My faucet is an unlabeled brand and I hoped this would work. It worked fantastically! I put it in without any tools, had just the right parts I needed (plus some). Fits better than the one in the sink before. No leakage and the drain plug seals better than ever! It come WITH the plumber's tape (enough for the job) which is not listed but is nice to know, saves you buying a whole roll of plumber's tape! Very pleased with this product. Well packaged, fast delivery and cost less than running to a tool supply store hoping they know what they are selling.

My biggest concern when buying was whether this would fit my sink. This one had a great setup so it would fit my sink and clearly a whole bunch of other size sinks.

Exactly as advertised. Used the ball and nut that most closely matched the ones I was replacing and installed them in the drain body. No tools needed. Couldn't have been simpler. The hardest part was getting down on the floor to do the installation. Now, remember the old white rubber stoppers attached to a beaded chain? (Yes, I'm an early baby boomer.) Why the faucet manufacturers felt it necessary to replace the most reliable drain stopper system ever invented with these stupid pop-up things is beyond me! Next thing you know, they'll have an app on your iPhone to open and close the stupid drain.

The rod that came with mine was too long for our faucet setup, so I had to shorten it with a hacksaw. The gaskets included are very fragile - when threading on, they worked their way into the threads and ripped quite easily. Not thrilled. But, all pieces seem to be quality, and it is a good fit now.

Terrible product. It caused a leak under our sink which ruined hundreds of dollars worth of medical supplies we had. Every time it was opened/closed there was a small opening because it doesn't seal properly. Which also caused the plastic ring to bend over time. If you use, make sure to put tons of plumbers tape so this doesn't happen!!

I'm pretty limited with my plumbing knowledge, but this was so easy to install - done in less than 5 minutes. Perfect fit - no leaking.

Works exactly as expected. Comes with lots of parts and worked for me. Had to cut the rod, however, because my wall is very close to drain.
