Used on 1/8 in steel. I needed to widen holes cut in steel by a1/16 of an inch. This went through without any issues.

I was skeptical if these were any good. I am building a couple thousand feet of pipe fence, using the oil field drill stem, 2 7/8 with 1/2 in wall. Using one of these stones to clean up the saddle cut is pretty amazing. I can clean up 5 posts with this stone in the time it would take me to do one with a grinding disc. Easiest 12 bucks I could have spent...

I'm building 2-7/8" tube fencing. This is a nice attachment for making those custom angles come together. Easier for me than the ol circular disc's. Worth it to try one out if you're doing pipe or tubing.

Was skeptical; but it has really helped cut down on time spent when cleaning up the fishmouth for building pipe fences.

Runs out of Center pretty bad. Shakes a little 4 inch grinder halfway out of your hand. Wearing extremely fast picture show dressing up one piece of 3 inch pipe. I didn’t even grind a full bevel just cleaned the edges up pretty good. The next one I’ll buy will be at Norton. I had a Norton in the drawer for years and years. I ran on a big sidewinder, black and decker. I never could wear it out, but I lost it.

May wear a bit quick compared to some I've used, but they're good and take out a lot of material. I would buy again.
