My son dragged home a very tired go-kart. It had been sitting outside and the old chain was rusted solid. This one seems decent enough, definitely not a high-end piece but good enough for this application. We watched a few YouTube videos on how to shorten the chain to the correct length, and got this old thing back on the road. Hard to beat for the money.

Meh. Chain is kinda kinky. Like rough spots or it’s too tight on itself in a few places. It works but I’m not a big fan. Will probably replace it soon with something that makes me more comfortable that it will last and be smoother. I’ve soaked it in hot oil, and still kinky

My 12 hp. riding mower can be converted to a 42 inch wide snowblower and last year during a real wet and slushy snow day my old chain broke. I used this to replace it. You can cut roller chain with just a file and a punch. (YouTube was very helpful)The first storm of this year was also wet and slushy but I didn't get around to blowing off the driveway until is started to refreeze. I really pushed it but it held up just fine.
