I received the item today and although I like the size, I could not find any instructions or reviews that tell you what type of writing instrument should be used. If I use an ink pen, the item can only be used once. If I use a pencil, I'm not sure that it will be dark enough to see the words or numbers. I'm not sure I will be keeping this item. ALSO, there is only one review and the user stated it was perfect for her "temperature blanket". I don't know what that is and have never heard that before so her review is not helpful.
