Always chancy buying items you haven't tested (like actually sitting on them) but these are great and comfortable. Pretty easy to put together but two people needed just to keep things in place while securing. First one may take a bit longer but after that, it's about 15 minutes each.

i've owned MANY patio chairs. some light. some with cheap material. some with that circle thing on the bottom that will collapse soon. and others !! i have a pool and i do not want a liability with guests sitting on my chairs. i thought i would try these sling chairs this time. they are a bit difficult to put together until you get the hang of it. but worth it !! they are Heavy ! so they don't blow away in the wind. I get 40 MPH + gusts in my backyard and these stay put. they rock a little and have a HIGH Back. so you can relax, lean back, and rock a little. the chair is indeed black. and the sling material is a brown/grey/black mix. it's pretty though. they don't slide easily-you need to pick them up to move them around. i have 2 tables outside that are still good and i bought these as replacements. when it rains, yes they get wet. i scotch guarded the fabric. but yes, there's gonna be water on the arms. so i just tip them forward and the rain water drain right off. i'm very happy with purchase. and i did purchase them again.

I really like these chairs. They are comfortable with a slight rock, and they will work well on the lawn as well as the patio because of the C spring design. Assembly was challenging for one person. An extra set of hands would have made it much quicker. There were some defective parts, but Phi Villa sent replacements (not parts, whole new chairs). It took a little time because we had to communicate via email, and each response took at least a day. My main concern right now is that after a heavy rain I noticed rusty water leaking out of them. The end caps didn't keep the water out. I've only had them about 5 weeks, so seeing the rust so soon is an issue.

I purchased phi villa swivel chairs and very satisfied with the purchase. The chairs were priced well, easy to assembly and are comfortable to sit in

We ordered 8 chairs, 2 per box. 6 were fine but 1 box arrived partially crushed with a gaping hole in it. Initially, it appeared that the seats were damaged. I contacted the company and was instructed to send photos of the damaged parts and carton. They in return sent a parts diagram to confirm which parts needed replacement. After unpacking the entire carton, we saw that every piece was damaged in some way. I notified the company rep I was dealing with and was offered an immediate replacement of 2 chairs. The new chairs arrived within 3 days. Again, the carton was damaged but the contents were ok! I can't say enough about the customer service! Stuff happens, things get damaged in transit but it was made right in a professional and timely manner.Assembly was easier with 2 people. The seats have sort of a hinge so when you are lining up the holes to attach them to the frame be sure to open the seats up fully, otherwise the holes won't line up.

I just had my husband assemble these chairs. One chair already has a broken/incomplete weld. I am afraid these chairs won’t last me one summer. The boxes were not damaged and delivered with care. I am trying to replace c-frame chairs that I have had over 15 years and I was hoping for better quality out of these chairs. They look nice but not confident how sturdy they will be.

I recently bought these patio swivel dining chairs, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re super comfortable, allowing me to relax while enjoying meals outside. The swivel feature is fantastic, as it makes it easy to chat with friends without having to move the entire chair
