These things work great as courtesy lights, map lights, dome lights, marker lights, license plate lights… I can’t even remember everywhere I’ve used these. They’re in every vehicle I own. However I tried using them as back up lights and while they did work they’re not really bright enough for that.

I used these to replace the marker lights on my 2011 Honda Fit. The original ones had halogen bulbs. These LED ones look much better and are a lot brighter. They are easy to install and they were not polarity sensitive, so I tried both ways putting them in and they worked. They should last a lot longer and they are a very nice upgrade to my little commuter car.

They are not even as bright as the incandescent ones they replaced. However to be far they are blue and not white, so maybe for blue they are super bright. Just not as bright as I want.

Bright and Blue! These are really neat and very bright. Very easy to install. Well worth the money. Going to buy my gf some for her car. Don't know how long they will last but I'm sure they'll last longer than the original.

I installed these on both a 2000 and 2001 Jeep XJ Cherokee in the front marker lights. I got the Amber color because one of the Jeeps has a smoked/clear lens, but the amber color works fine in the original amber lens as well. They fit snug in the sockets, they are brighter than the original bulbs, and they are working great so far.

Sort of mid, but still good. Depends on the application The design of it being two sided may work better in some applications vs other designs.

I bought these for my girlfriend's 2017 Ford C-Max and they are perfect. After getting the center brake light out of it's housing, I was able to pull out the factory installed 2825 white bulbs one by one and replace each of them with these bright red LED bulbs. I tested them and they all worked properly the first time (I didn't even bother to check the orientation since they are non-polarity designed) and they were all bright red and well lit. After reassembling the brake light, I tested them again and they look awesome.Next, I removed the factory tail light bulb in each of the inner tail lights and replaced them with one of these. Again, it installed, tested, and confirmed that they were bright red and working flawlessly. Since I only needed 7 of them, that leaves me with 3 spares should any of them fail in the next 10,000 hours of use. Definitely worth the $11 cost.
