AMAZING, better than carabiner. Small, lightweight, strong. I used them in traveling to clip 2 zippers together. I really was wondering why I didn't get these sooner. When you're trying to save space and weight... these are it. They are quite small but worked great.

I brought these to add to a couple of backpacks I had. I don't like traveling on the metro with the zipper unsecured on my bags and these do just the trick. It's not full-proof, but anyone trying to get at your stuff will have to work a bit at undoing these and by the time they get a little way through trying, you should feel something odd happening. And the color choses have matched three bags I have perfectly so far. I would buy again.

This is a very nice set of zipper clips that can be used in a lot of different ways. I have a good, warm winter coat where the main zipper lost its handle some time ago. It’s been really annoying ever since, because I have to grab what’s left of the slider to zip the coat up, and then it just wants to slide back down again, because there’s no locking mechanism without the original zipper handle.The product description does mention that these can be used to replace lost zipper handles. I don’t know whether the problem I had was a lack of coordination on my part or whether my particular zipper slider had a hole that was just too small, but I was not able to get one of these clips into the hole in the slider. I needed something that was quite thin and long enough to go all the way through the hole. I tried several times with both clip designs and got nowhere. Well, I also had trouble opening the box that these came in, because I could not see that it was taped shut with a very small, transparent bit of tape. So it's conceivable that someone else could have attached the clip to the slider, but it sure doesn't look like it has anything thin enough and long enough to work.I finally decided to use a paper clip, and I was able to insert the paper clip wire all the way through the hole in the zipper slider. And then I could attach one of these zipper clips to the paper clip. The result looks pretty silly, but it’s a lot easier to zip my coat up. I suppose I could use only the paper clip, but the zipper clip is a lot more comfortable to use to pull the slider. And for some reason, even though there’s no locking mechanism, the slider stays up better. So it's definitely an improvement.This was not ideal for the specific use and specific garment I had in mind, but the zipper clips are well made and look very nice.

They appear to be durable and made with quality materials. I plan to use them on a trip to Europe this summer. I am so glad I bought them for security sake.
