This is an awesome product! I love it.... everyone loves it, and we have not stopped playing with it since it arrived earlier this evening. It took less than a minute to setup and the app is simple enough that anyone can master in just a few trials. The print quality is great and its very fast. We have a few of the mini printers with the “advanced dye technology†which we also love except the price per picture is relatively high so we tend not to play around with it as much. This, although is not in color, is a lot of fun since no worries about ink since thermal printer. The cost for 3 rolls of paper is less than $10 so we are having a blast goofing off with it as well as figuring out what all we can do with it. As far as that goes, it seems like an incredibly useful little printer and the possibilities are endless since can scan and print anything or just simply make a label or a to do list. This is a cool product, and for the price, its a great value. I am going to order several more for the tweens and teens that can be difficult to buy for since usually their tastes run expensive. I am also going to get one for my mom and one for my dad, who both still print out directions from there phone instead of just listening to gps directions on the way as it was intended, lol. At least this way, the printer will make it appear like they just want to show off their tech, instead of not grasping the concept of it.

I saw this mini printer and thought it looked super cute and would be great if it really worked. When I received it, it was so simple to set up. Not complicated at all! And it printed everything I wanted it to print. It's so small and compact you can slip it in your bag and take it on the go if you wanted. My daughter prints all her pictures on it and creates stickers with it too! Very happy with the purchase and product.

The set up was a bit tricky but the printer is now working perfectly. A few words of advice to preserve paper and your sanity. The roll goes in paper-side down, the thermal sticker should be facing up. It may seem a bit odd but it works. The direction of the feed is toward the metal serrated edge for tearing off the printed sticker (although scissors are cleaner). The print is of reasonable quality and so small I’ll be able to take it with me wherever I go.I’m using mine to label seeds so I can include a picture and the Latin name that I can never remember.Happy printing!

I got this printer for my daughter for Christmas. It works great and it's super easy to set up and use. What has really impressed me, though, is their customer service. We had a question about the order, so I called the customer service line, spoke to a super nice person, and had my issue resolved within hours. So great! I would highly recommend this company and this printer to anyone.

I ordered 2 of these and at first neither printed, but when I contacted customer service they quickly fixed the issue and were very responsive. My daughter and I both love using these and have found endless ways to use them.

Cute, lower quality black and white images. I have to waste paper feeding it so I can cut them with scissors. Wastes the paper not being fully functional.

The thermal sticker itself doesn't disappoint, both stickiness and retention of "ink" are top notch. The device doesn't take long to charge and holds its charge really well. The printing quality is higher than I expected. Instructions that were included did not cover all my questions, but their website did. Good customer service, good product.

I was excited to receive this. The instructions were very small print and very minimal, but I got the paper installed with the glossy side down. Plugged it in and the light blinked either fast or slow, no explanation why in the instructions. While charging, I downloaded the app with no problem. I decided to just do my name first: Nick. I typed it in the box and hit print. The phomemo made noise and paper came out. I tried to tear it off on the sharp, serrated edge to no avail. I had to hold the phomemo in one hand, and pull with the other. No luck, it wouldn't tear. So, I got a scissors, pulled the paper out a little and cut it. Okay, no big deal - surely the print would look good. I turned the paper over - nothing. I thought I'll separate the paper and it will show up - nope, nothing, nada. I tried again and again and again. I tried one of the funny faces and tried again and again. Each time, the paper would come out like a normal printer, but each time, there was nothing on the paper. Invisible ink? Do I have to add lemon juice or vinegar to get it to show up? And the serrated knife for tearing the paper is worthless. So, after a couple of hours fiddling with it, I put back in box, and got a return label. Cost was about $64 with shipping and tax. Interestingly I could not get a refund to my credit card, but has to go to an Amazon gift card! That hasn't happened to me before. I bought this thing to label jelly jars for my wife. I can't understand all the good reviews on Amazon. Usually, lots of good reviews bodes well for a product. But, not this time. Caveat Emptor, but thanks to Amazon for easy return. It will be to UPS before the New Year. I will have had it for less than 24 hours. Glad I decided to try it immediately.

This is as good as a mini thermal printer gets. Quality is not bad at all, and prints lightning fast.Printer arrived partially charged and after installing the app and loading the paper, I literally printed my first print in under 1 minute.Doesn't have to be plugged in to use, and the coloured rolls you can buy for the printer also work well.The app is really easy to use and comes with free templates, fonts, and graphics. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely love it.😊 Such a cute little thing, very easy to use, just be sure to take off the sample paper on the paper roll and pull out the paper a little, because nothing told me to do that and I weren't sure how to work it to begin with because of that. But, other than that, instructions are nice and clear. So easy to print, prints out straight away. I love it. Good quality and good sizes and the app has so many awesome templates, designs etc. Bought it for my book journal, but been using it for other stuff too. Highly recommend this if you are looking to make your own stickers, or print off mini photos, text etc for journaling, crafts or just to display. Great price, for a brilliant purchase. Very Happy.😊 My family find it pretty awesome too!
